Texas Health Denton is a 150 bed, full-service facility and a Primary Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center. The 25-bed emergency department is currently treating about 50,000 patients annually. It is staffed with four physician shifts and one to two advanced practice clinician shifts daily. The hospital is currently undergoing an expansion that will add 12 L&D beds as well as 10 additional emergency department beds bringing the total to 35.
