Community Medical and Dental Care, Inc. (CMADC), a NYS licensed Article 28 D & T Center and FQHC Look-Alike, and Level III Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), services over 18,000 patients per year with their medical, dental and behavioral health needs. The population that we serve are largely indigent, of whom over 70% either have Medicaid insurance or are uninsured. 

The mission of Community Medical and Dental Care, Inc. (CMADC) is to enhance the lives of communities we serve by delivering the highest quality comprehensive and preventive medical, dental, and mental health services with special emphasis on Medicaid, uninsured and undeserved clients, while always sensitive to the social and cultural mores of all the different ethnic cultures.
