• ACT is comprised of 9 physicians and 19 CRNAs
• Call evenly distributed – pager call from home
• Combination of supervision and own cases
• Case Mix: General, Vascular, Orthopedic, Plastics, Neurology, Pediatrics and Ambulatory Surgery
• No OB, no Hearts, no Trauma
• 10 weeks PTO
• Coverage at Doctor’s Hospital and surrounding surgery center in the area
