Carilion Children's Hospital in Roanoke, Virginia is searching for a Developmental Pediatrician to join their Child Development Clinic. The clinic has a comprehensive multi-disciplinary team that includes a Developmental Pediatrician, Clinical Psychologists, Social Worker, Pediatric Nurses, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational and Physical Therapists, and Education Specialists. The Child Development Clinic is devoted to serving the needs of NICU graduates and older children with neurodevelopmental needs including cerebral palsy, autism and developmental delays. Carilion Children's serves as the primary referral destination for western Virginia and offers the area's only dedicated hospital for children, including a 60-bed NICU/intermediate nursery, an 8-bed PICU, a 24-bed inpatient ward and dedicated pediatric emergency department. Pediatric primary care and 19 subspecialty care clinics along with a wide range of anciallary support round out the services at Carilion Children's.
