Leadership Opportunity: Neonatology Medical Director Wanted in Denver, CO!

Full Time:
Estimated compensation is minimum of $340,000.00/annually, and maximum is $450,000.00/annually.

Part Time:
Estimated compensation is minimum of $100,000.00/annually, and maximum is $200,000.00/annually.

Hourly:
Estimated compensation is minimum of $80.00/hourly, and maximum is $100.00/hourly.

Envision Physician Services is seeking a board certified Neonatologist Medical Director to join our collaborative care team to provide Neonatology services at two NICUs in the north Denver area within the Centura Health System: Avista Adventist Hospital and St. Anthony North Hospital. In total, these facilities deliver about 3,500 babies per year. You will lead a dedicated team of allied health providers (NNPs/NICU PAs) coupled with being a part of a larger care team within the state of CO where quality improvement and evidence-based practice are at the forefront.

Opportunity Details:

• Staffing Model: 2 Neonatologists, 13.5 APPs
  • 4.5 APPs allocated to each facility with the opportunity to rotate within the market
• Rotate between Level II/III NICUs with dedicated APPs
  • Variety of acuity
  • Keep Level III skills
• Schedule: 26 weeks per year; week on, week off
• Coverage Includes:
  • Attendance at high-risk deliveries
  • Care of some newborns/Level II/III
• Facilities:
  • Avista Adventist Hospital (III)
    • Deliveries: 2,450; 19-beds; ADC: 9
  • St. Anthony North Hospital (II)
    • Deliveries: 1,000; 5-beds; ADC: 3
