Seeking Neonatologist for Community Level III NICU in South Florida! $20,000 Start Date Bonus Package!
Envision Physician Services is seeking a board eligible or board certified Neonatologist to join our team at Northwest Medical Center to help in the development of a growing Level III NICU

- In-house NNP during the day to help balance the care

Opportunity Details:
- Staffing Model: 4 Neonatologists, 1.6 NNPs
- Schedule:
- Schedule will be dynamic and flexible based on team’s overall needs
- Focus on work/life balance
- 4-week rotation
- Week 1 – Mon-Fri 9-hr Days; Sun 24
- Week 2 - Off
- Week 3 – Tue, Thu 15-hr Nights
- Week 4 – Mon, Wed, Sat 15-hr Nights
- Consecutive Day & Rotating Night shifts to optimize continuity of care
- In-house NNP coverage during the day (8-hrs)
- Clinical Coverage includes:
- Attendance at high-risk deliveries
- Care of some newborns Level II/III NICU patients
- Facility Information:
- Northwest Medical Center (Level III)
- Deliveries: 1,420
- 17-beds
- Northwest Medical Center (Level III)
