Anesthesiologist

• 7 Docs/day, 2 Post Call Day Off, 1-2 on PTO

• Full-time candidates highly preferred, will consider 2on/2off rotation.  
• Shifts vary likely 5 -8/hr shifts. 

• Call: 1 of 7 – Inhouse, 1 of 7 CV Pager Call. 
• Pager call, not in house. 2 call teams, cardiac call team, trauma call team. Trauma call will eventually be every 6^th night. Cardiac call will be every 4^th night. Cardiac called in over night would be 10-20% and trauma would be 60%. Post call day off only for trauma call not for cardiac

• General Information - 24k Total Cases

• 6900 IP, 9300 OP, 6600 ENDO (6100 OP), 280 Hearts, 3000 Pain blocks, 650 OB (370 EPI, 280 C-sect)

• Docs – Cardiac and Trauma

• Mostly medical direction, some supervision on call, some solo cases. Med Direction you have to satisfy 7 stipulations to medically direct, present for induction, available at emergent, per-op evaluation, tighter model. Supervision just has to be in the model.  

  Everything except transplants. neuro, cardiac, vascular, OB.

  Level 1 trauma and floating to the outpatient center
• Credentialing takes 60 - 90 days.

  $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.

  $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
