Orlando Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time Pediatric CVICU Intensivist to join our dedicated pediatric cardiac intensive care unit. This is an excellent opportunity for a pediatric intensivist interested in a career in cardiac critical care to join a well-established multidisciplinary team of specialists caring for children with congenital heart disease. The Arnold Palmer & Winnie Palmer Hospital NICU is currently the sixth largest in the country.
The desired candidate must be BC/BE in pediatric critical care medicine and preference will be given to those individuals having dual training in pediatric critical care and cardiology or pediatric critical care and a year of advanced training in cardiac intensive care medicine.
In this role, the ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the CV Surgery Managing Physician team, Service Line leadership, and hospital administration to successfully continue to deliver outstanding care.
Qualifications:
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine or Pediatric Cardiology.
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
