Job Summary:

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking CRNAs to join the collaborative and collegial team at Johnston Willis Hospital in Richmond, VA. This is a W2, Hospital-Employed opportunity with excellent compensation, full scope of practice, and a supportive and dynamic work environment.  New grads interested in optimizing their training with continued growth and development are more than welcome to apply.

Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
  • Care Team Model of 10 General Anesthesiologists and 23 CRNAs covering an average of 18 sites of service.
  • Diverse mix of cases including Bread & Butter, Complex Neuro/Spine, OB, GYN, General, heavy orthopedics, Robotics and GI. No trauma. No Cardiac. No Peds.
  • Annual surgical volume 17,000 cases.
  • Current schedule includes a mix of 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts.
  • Practice top of license with demonstrated proficiency.
