- Outpatient Only: No call duties.
- Supportive Team: Neonatal Nurse Practitioners available 7am-7pm daily.
- Excellent Coverage: Current rotation is 1:3 or better.
- Comprehensive Care: 24/7 hospitalist group for adult care.
