CRNA / Nurse Anesthetist

- Open need for CRNA - Monday - Friday and 2 weekends per month
- Variety of Cases including: General Surgery, ENT, Neuro, Vascular, GU, Gyn, OB, Ortho, Thoracic, Plastics, Peds.
- Majority Case Type: General, Neuro, GU
- Required Procedures: Spinals, Epidurals
- EMR: Center
- No one local – must be 75 miles outside of Miami.
- Must have Active FL License
- Board Certified Required
- Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts, 7am - 3:30pm; Five shifts per week
- Must be available for 20 shifts per month.
- No candidates within 75 miles of site
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
- $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
