Idaho Practice Seeks OBGYN

Located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, this Idaho community and hospital are seeking an additional OBGYN physician for their busy, established and growing practice. Base Salary: $400,000 .  $40,000 practice commencement and moving bonus.  Incentive Productivity Bonus available of $57 per wRVU for everything over 6900 wRVUs.  $5,000 per year for CME.  Up to $5,000 per year in bonuses for quality metrics..  The group delivers approximately 30 to 35 babies per month..  Call & Clinic Rotation: Each physician takes 7 days of call every four weeks, covering L&D, OB clinic, and patient management during business hours that week..  Work-Life Balance: Outside of the designated OB call week, physicians have the flexibility to customize their GYN practice, take time off, or adjust their workload..  Collaborative & Supportive Team: This model ensures that patient care remains seamless while allowing physicians to maintain a healthy work-life balance..  Hospital - critical access hospital with a county population of 45,000. Independent hospital and not part of a health system. Very strong financially and has a medical staff of 170 providers.
