Minimum $430k first year salary + lucrative incentive program. Texas license fees reimbursement . Sign On bonus. Relocation bonus. Monthy training stipend. 30 days a year of PTO plus 18 weeks of sick leave. Malpractice coverage begins on day 1. Tail coverage.
