Yuma Regional Medical Center is seeking a Psychologist to join as Faculty for our new Psychiatry Residency program.

About Our Programs
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program that began in July 2013. Our unique, 3-year program has been granted the highest level of accreditation a residency program can achieve by the ACGME.
- Twenty Seven (27) residents are currently in the program; 9 per class per year. Plans to expand to thirty-six (36) FM residents total.
- Sports Medicine Fellowship Program began July 2020 and recently graduated its fourth fellow in June 2024.
- Embarking on a new Psychiatry Residency with our first 4 residents to start July 1, 2025.
- Affiliation and academic support from the University of Arizona College of Medicine, Midwestern University and Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale.
- YRMC is fully engaged as a clinical partner in the Mayo Clinic Care Network.
About the Position:
- Hospital employed; full-time position
- Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Collaborative GME team of providers, coordinators and family medicine clinic staff
- Attractive compensation package (base salary plus wRVU productivity compensation)
- Eligible for an annual quality bonus, additional 5% of base salary

Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in psychology is preferred; however new grads are welcome/eligible to apply.
- Residency program leadership or faculty experience is preferred, but not required.
- Must be American Board Certified or eligible.
