FAMILY MEDICINE (Crestview, Key West, Milton, Naples, Punta Gorda)

Health System is seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Medicine physician.

Position Highlights:

• Joining established single-specialty group with 2 other physicians and 3 NPs
• Established practice has been serving the community for 13+ years
• Practice call is telephone only
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient duties
• Minimum 3 years' experience preferred
