• Must have active state license
• 24-hour shifts
• Intubation, UAC/UVC, chest tubes, PICC if possible, IV skills & need to attend high risk C-sections
• 18 bed level 3 NICU with an average census of 10 babies per day
• Transport is also preferred but not required
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
