Job Description

Lutheran Medical Group, part of the Lutheran Health Network in Fort Wayne, IN, has opportunities available for Non-Invasive Cardiologists to join our team of non-invasive, interventional, EP, and CT/transplant physicians.   As part of a large group,  you’ll have the ability to tailor your key responsibilities to  your strengths!   Hospitalist and traditional practice options available.

Lutheran Health Network consists of 7 acute care and 1 rehab hospital in Fort Wayne and the surrounding communities. Lutheran Hospital anchors the network as a 396-bed tertiary care center and Level 2 adult and pediatric trauma center.  Our leadership in cardiac care is reflected in the network’s cardiovascular services provided and the numerous recognitions and certifications achieved.

Heart Care | Lutheran Hospital | Fort Wayne, IN

Scope of Position:

  • Traditional or inpatient only practice options
  • Cardiac diagnostic interpretation required: Echo, nuclear, stress test, TEE
  • Cardiac MRI and Cardiac CT available if credentialed
  • Specialized clinics include: Advanced Heart Failure, AFib, Lipid Care, Pulmonary Hypertension and more!
  • Service line offerings include: TAVR, Mitraclip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, Heart Transplant and VADs
  • Advanced Practice Provider support
  • Research opportunities available
