Crestwood Medical Center is looking for dedicated Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our dynamic outpatient clinics in Huntsville and Madison, AL.
- Full-time position
- Core Faculty role with opportunity for Assistant Program Director
- Academic environment collaborating with a team to provide Internal Medicine training to residents
- Minimum 1+ years of experience required
- Hospital-employed position with comprehensive hospital coverage
- Active participation in ACO initiatives
