THIS ROLE:
NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Anesthesiologist to join our team at Corewell Dearborn in Dearborn, MI. This leadership position responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the CVICU department. The Director will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality patient care, staff development, and adherence to regulatory standards in the CV ICU.
Combined Anesthesia/ICU position with 10-12 weeks dedicated ICU time (possibly more if candidate prefers)
Candidate must have minimum 2 years ICU experience
Must be Board Certified in Critical Care and Anesthesia. Dual fellowship ICU/Cardiac preferred but not necessary.

THE FACILITY:
Corewell Dearborn - With 632 beds, Dearborn is a major teaching and research hospital and home to five residency programs and a cardiology fellowship in partnership with Wayne State University School of Medicine. Dearborn is verified as a Level II trauma center and accredited by the Joint Commission as a primary stroke center. The hospital is also known for clinical excellence and innovation in the fields of orthopedics, neurosciences, womens health, heart and vascular and cancer care.

CASES INCLUDE:
General surgery, cardiac, ICU, neurology, endoscopy, bread and butter pediatrics, OBGYN, orthopedics, podiatry, plastics, ophthalmology, robotics, thoracic, vascular
