This is a rare opportunity to join NorthStar Anesthesia as a Chief CRNA in Columbus Georgia @ Piedmont Columbus Midtown. You will lead our anesthesia department, ensuring the highest-quality care for our patients and the efficient operation of our team.
The Position:
NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a highly motivated Chief CRNA to join NorthStar Anesthesia in Columbus, GA. As the Chief CRNA, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our anesthesia department, working collaboratively with a dedicated team of clinicians, surgeons, and medical professionals committed to delivering top-tier patient care. This exciting leadership position offers competitive compensation including:
$235,000+ Annual Salary

What Success Looks Like:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Collaborating closely with the Medical Director of Anesthesia and other healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality anesthesia services for our patients.
Diving deep into the operations of our site, with ample opportunities to take ownership and make a significant impact.
Embracing a dynamic environment where adaptability and openness to change are valued traits.
Taking charge of your domain at the site, leading by example and setting the tone for excellence.
Playing a pivotal role in our team's call rotation, showcasing leadership and dedication to the highest standards.
Thriving in an environment that values continual learning and adaptation, with unique challenges that foster professional growth.
Engage with various departments, including OR teams, to encourage a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
Recruiting, leading, and mentoring our talented CRNA team, fostering a culture of transparency, positivity, and patient-centered care.
Developing staff schedules that align with our anesthesia service agreement.
Collaborating with Regional leadership and Operations Management to manage provider expenses and control outside CRNA expenses.
What Characteristics and Qualifications You Will Need:

Proficiency in anesthesia-related procedures and clinical expertise.
CRNA certification in good standing with the NBCRNA and the state Board of Nursing.
