Employment Status – Full-time, FTE 1.0;
- Specialty – General Surgery
- Location – CHI St. Alexius Health- Dickinson
- Initial Contract Term – Three (3) years; with auto-renewal
- 1:3 call Excess Call- $1200/24-hour shift or $50/hr
- Base Salary: $487,482 Paid based on CHI designated benchmark median.
- Performance Incentive: Starting the first full fiscal year up to 5% of base compensation (defined by updated benchmarks for each fiscal year)
- Productivity Incentive: Paid at $72.47 per w/RVU greater than 6,727 (based on CHI designated benchmarks)
- Starting Loan: $30,000 payable within 30 days following start date; forgiven over Three (3) years as long as you remain employed by the Clinic
- Relocation- up to $15,000
The Clinic will offer the following:
- CME allowance ($3,000 single-boarded, $5,000 double-boarded)
- Malpractice Insurance
- DEA & ND medical license fees/renewals
