Job Description

StaffMED Health Partners is collaborating with a rapidly growing one-of-a-kind Neuroscience Institute in the Chicagoland area, where there singular goal is to provide world-class neurosciences care through an innovative, personalized approach for patients in Chicagoland and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for Neurosurgical Subspecialists to join a busy and growing independent physician-run group consisting of Neurosurgeons, ENT’s, Neuro-oncologists and Neurologists establishing a state-of-the-art neuroscience program.

Practice Highlights /Qualifications:

  • Board certified/board eligible and Fellowship trained
  • Flexibility in Clinic/OR schedule as you determine
  • 100% outpatient with no inpatient or ED call and no hospital coverage
  • Established 24-hour coverage with Neuro-hospitalist; Neurocritical care and Endovascular Neurologist.
  • Multidisciplinary, cohesive, co-located team of neurosurgeons, Subspecialty ENTs, neuro-oncologists, neurointerventionalists, neuroradiologist, neurointensivists provide exceptional support
  • Interdisciplinary care model with spine-focused neurosurgeons, pain management, PMR, and sports medicine physicians.
  • Next generation, integrated care model allows our clinicians to offer state-of-the-art, top tier quality care throughout northern and central Illinois and eastern Wisconsin.
  • Strong research infrastructure to support clinical trials
  • Academic Appointment available

The 509-bed campus is a comprehensive stroke center and represents one of the largest facilities in northern suburbs of Chicago and the largest campus within the Health System. The newly opened Spine and Pain Center on its Arlington Heights campus as part of a plan with the Neurological Institute to transform from a community hospital to a one-of-a-kind global Neurosciences destination. The Neurosciences Institute will grow to integrate and house a full suite of 43 physicians and 174 providers with state-of-the art ORs equipped with the latest in innovative navigation technology.
