Requirements:
Board Certified Family Medicine Physician with preferred previous academic program director leadership or related experience
Minimum of 3 years of clinical, educational, leadership, and administrative experience
Connecticut Physician License, Federal DEA and Connecticut Controlled Substance License (or eligible)
