**Neonatal Nurse Practitioner opening in North Carolina** * Located in ***Fayetteville, NC*** - just 65 miles from Raleigh! * Service area of 335,000 people * Full-time, permanent opening * Hospital-employed position * ***Experience required*** * Joining a NICU to work in collaboration with the Neonatologists * Schedule: 3, 14-hour shifts per week (sometimes longer as needed) * NNPs primarily used for nights, but may do days depending upon staffing needs * No call * Day Shift averages 6-8 patients per day while night shift covers the ICU and intermediate nursery * They cover high risk deliveries and do transport from outlying hospitals * The unit does not care for surgical babies * ***Experience required*** * FMV compensation plus generous benefits including Paid Malpractice, CME Time and Allowance, Accrued Paid Time Off, retirement, health, dental, and other desirable benefits!
