**Psychiatric NP opening in New Hampshire** Located in ***Peterborough, NH*** - just 72 miles from Boston, MA **Description:** The nurse practitioner provides behavioral health care services to patients in conjunction with the Medical Director and VP of Physician Services. The nurse practitioner is an independently licensed profession, functioning within the scope of his/her license, and in accordance with policies and procedures. He or she will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his or her supervisor. You'll use a combination of therapy and medicine to treat patients, prescribing medication for mental illness and acting as a therapist to those who need counseling. Compensation: $125K - $150K for a PMHNP candidate depending on experience. Will also consider a sign on bonus, relocation expense reimbursement, and student loan repayment assistance. **Experience Required:** * Behavioral Health or Psychiatric experience required * Must have a current license to practice as an ARNP in the State of New Hampshire, must have a current DEA number, and must be insurable through professional liability insurance coverage * Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, must have successfully completed an approved nurse practitioner program
