**NP/PA Urology Opening in Ogdensburg, NY**
* Full-time, Permanent
* Enthusiastic patient-centered care champion to participate in the care of Urology patients.
* Must be motivated, compassionate, engaged and committed to providing high quality care with the ability to work well in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment
* Willingness to work and live in rural, small community setting; and actively engage with community
* Must be willing to travel to Syracuse, NY for training
* PA/NP works under the supervision of a physician. Will act as the primary physician extender.

**Offer Package Outline:**
* Attractive Starting Salary: plus RVU Production Incentive once physician meets MGMA median threshold
* PTO 240 hours (includes vacation, personal, sick and CME) plus 7 holidays
* Sign-on Bonus
* Student Loan Repayment: up to $7,500 per year for 10 years
* Relocation
* Annual CME
* Malpractice Insurance: Occurrence-based with limits of $2.3 million for each medical incident and $6.9 million aggregate
* Health, Dental and Vision Insurances
* Life Insurance: Amount equal to one-times earnings up to a limit of $150,000 (additional coverage available at employees expense)
* Eligibility to participate in the Medical Centers 403(b) and 457(b) plans
