* Currently 2 Anesthesiologists and 30+ CRNAs
* Supervision/consultation model
* No overnight in-house call
* Community based academic residency programs affiliated with The University of Kentucky (general surgery, OB/GYN, internal medicine and others)
* Four-year medical school on campus (UK Regional Campus) SRNA rotations with Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia (MTSA) and Murray State University
* Visa sponsorship available
* Competitive Base Salary + Production
* $450k/year with earning potential of $575k+
* 13 weeks of vacation (negotiable)
