Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist (No Transplant) Opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Opportunity Highlights:
Join an established cardiology program at a leading health system.
Contribute to the growth and development of a comprehensive heart failure program.
Participate in establishing a program for LVAD center implantation and management.
Be part of a dedicated cardiovascular specialty hospital.
Cardiology Services Include:
Non-invasive and interventional cardiology.
Cardiac imaging (CT and MRI).
Electrophysiology (CRM, ICD, atrial fibrillation ablative procedures).
Vascular surgery (open and endovascular).
Cardiothoracic surgery (coronary revascularization, surgical valve repair/replacement).
Structural heart and valve center (TAVR, MitraClip, ASD/PFO closure, VSD closure, Left Atrial Appendage Closure).
Position Benefits:
2,000 CHF discharges per year across the system.
Part of a group with 23 cardiologists and 12 APPs.
Central CHF clinic with APP support.
High-volume ambulatory practice with established referral base and hospital presence.
Favorable and balanced call schedule.
Embedded in an established clinical research program.
Access to Impella and ECMO support.
The position will require high level skills including:
Management of the entire spectrum of heart failure
Fellowship training in heart failure including mechanical circulatory support and recent exposure to contemporary management of the heart failure patient through all care transitions is preferred.
Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology.
Fellowship training in heart failure preferred.
Skills in managing the full spectrum of heart failure.
Experience with mechanical circulatory support.
Exposure to contemporary management of heart failure through all care transitions.
