The hired physician will work out of 2 offices:
- Kendall, FL (18 miles southwest of downtown Miami)
- Homestead, FL (35 miles south of downtown Miami)

More info:
- Full time/permanent position.
- Option to incorporate MOHS.
- 70% Dermatology/30% MOHS.
- Partnership track (vested over 5 years).
- 40 patient contact hours between Kendall and Homestead offices.
- Base compensation of $400k for the first year.
~ Once base has been maxed out, the provider will be paid a tiered percentage of collections.
- Mohs surgeon would likely maximize the base salary number offered in the first year and receive the % of quarterly collections.

Requirements:
- Board certification in Dermatology (or eligibility if a recent graduate)
- Ability to obtain a Florida license
- Clean history
