* Full-time
* The practice has been providing care for over 20 years.
* Office hours are 8:30 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
* The average patient panel is anticipated to be 14-18 per day, per provider.
* Supported by professional staff and provides high quality, compassionate care for patients ages 18 and older.
* Lab and ultrasound on-site
