- Located in Pinehurst, NC - Fayetteville 40m
**Opportunity Highlights:**
- Full time; 36 hours or more per week
- Day shift; M-Th 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-12pm
- High functioning team of 2 Physicians and 1 APP treat patients from birth to age 90+.
- Clinic has seen tremendous growth and continues to expand.
- Work-life balance protected admin time, 4.5-day work week, low volume call.
- On-site Convenient Care clinic provides after hours and weekend services for patients.
- Provider-led, financially stable group of hospital employed providers.
- Low volume call phone only.
- Integrated Epic EMR.
**Comprehensive compensation and benefits package:**
- Minimum starting base of $240k with 2-year guarantee
- 10% quality bonus, potential for productivity incentive
- Sign-on bonus and loan repayment
- 501(c)(3) status provides eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF)
- Annual time off

**Candidate Qualifications:**
- Completion of an ACGME/AOA-certified Family Medicine residency program and board certification/eligibility required.
- An unrestricted NC medical license and clean background are essential.
- At least two years of outpatient clinical experience preferred.
