**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- The selected candidate will join five experienced physicians and one NP.
- Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the whole family.
- Medical and Administrative support
- 15-20 patients/day
- ACO clinical wraparound support services
- In-network specialist referral
- Point of care lab on site
- EPIC EMR

**Schedule**
- Monday Friday clinic hours
- Monday and Tuesday: 7:00AM - 7:00PM
- Wednesday: 7:00AM - 4:30PM
- Thursday: 7:00AM - 6:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00AM - 4:30PM

**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Base salary of $265,000 with production bonus potential
- Generous Time Away from Work with additional dedicated CEU time

**Requirements**
- Board Certified
