~ Located 42m to Grand Rapids
~ H1b Eligible
**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- Outpatient department
- Primary Care office services adults including diagnosis of medical problems, chronic disease, and comprehensive care for adult patients with multiple medical concerns
- Office is open Monday Friday, 8-5pm. Team offers flexible schedule to meet Physician needs.
- No weekends or holidays.
- Call is every 6th week from Monday-Monday (phone calls only)
- Physician has the option to do a full clinical Primary Care FTE or include precepting time with our Academic IM Residency
- Office offers convenient on-site access to several services that are in the same facility including Lab, Imaging, Geriatrics, Pharmacy and Urgent Care
- Very close knit and collaborative office with a supportive environment
