Family Medicine Physician needed to join this integrated health care system that provides care and services to people living in an eight county region covering 5,600 square miles in Central New York. The organization includes five corporately affiliated hospitals, as well as skilled nursing facilities, community and school-based health centers, and health partners in related fields.

Job Summary:
Join an established group 3 Physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Clinicians.

Responsibilities:
Traditional outpatient practice, Monday Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Opportunity to be involved in geriatric care at a local nursing facility
A first call system is in place with a nurse practitioner/physician assistant on call for your patients

Job Qualifications:
MD or DO
BE/BC
NYS Licensure, ACLS/PALS
