Group is seeking a Geriatrics Specialist to join our team in Austin, MN. This full-time position involves providing clinical and outpatient services for high-risk older adults in subacute and long-term skilled nursing facilities. The successful candidate will be part of a primary care team dedicated to holistic care, including acute, chronic, preventive, and palliative care services. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic tests, prescribing treatments, and patient counseling.

Location:
Austin, MN, 40 miles from Rochester, MN.
This role involves travel within the Southeast Minnesota region.
