Recruitment Package:
- The base salary ranges from $460,000 to $590,000. For new graduates, the salary starts at $460,000 and can increase up to $500,000 for experienced individuals.

- Rentention bonus- 50k (given in second and third years of employment)

- Board Certification in Internal Medicine;
- Board Certification or Eligible in Hematology/Oncology;
