Seeking a BE/BC OBGYN to join team in Columbus, IN.

Facility provides a full range of baby delivery services welcoming over 1,200 babies each year. Each LDRP room is equipped with state-of the-art equipment and is on the same level as a designated C-Section OR suite. The Birthing Center offers two levels of nursery care and includes a physician lounge equipped with a screen for fetal monitoring of each patient.

- 8am to 5pm for 3 days a week (M-F)
- On call 24 hrs a week with a weekend and holiday rotation
- 2 NPs, 2 Sonographers, & a phlebotomist provide Clinic support
- 17 bed Birthing Center supported by nurses cross-trained to provide labor/delivery, postpartum, & newborn care

Compensation:
Compensation all items below are for full-time patient-facing hours of 36 per week; if you
want t - explore something less just let me know and Ill send pro-rated numbers
- Guarantee Period:
~ First 2 years of the agreement
~ Base salary of $330,000

- After the Guarantee Period:
~ Base Salary of $275,000
~ Plus, a Production Incentive of $47.84 per wRVU payable once this product
exceeds the Base Salary
~ Plus, a Value-Based Incentive of $5.31 per wRVU payable once the Production

Incentive is greater than the Base Salary and established metrics are achieved
~ Total potential $/wRVUs is $53.15
~ NOTE: Group utilizes the most updated CMS table for compensation calculations

- All-inclusive Recruitment Incentive of $100,000 tied t - a 5-year commitment
~Provider Paid Time Off is on an accrual basis equating t - 39 days per year
