Highlights:
Full-Time Base Pay Range: $350,000-$485,000*
Compensation with salary guarantee, performance based-incentives, sign on bonus

Hospital is a Not-for-Profit, general, acute-care community hospital and is part of Health System. Was formed in 2013 to improve health, elevate the standard of care, enhance the patient experience, and gain efficiencies through collaboration. Resulting consistent financial surpluses have funded a series of new construction and renovation projects designed to accommodate our growth in providers and patients and to upgrade existing facilities.

Location/Area
Canton and Potsdam are small, rural, college communities 11 miles apart with two colleges in each village. The primary sources of income are higher education and dairy farming, giving the area a stable economy and attractive appearance. Located between the St. Lawrence River and the foothills of the Adirondacks, the area offers something for every outdoor enthusiast from downhill and cross-country skiing, to hiking and mountain biking, to kayaking, camping, and swimming. Montreal and Ottawa are within easy driving distance.

The Village of Canton has a population of 7,000 residents, rising to 13,000 when its two colleges are in session. Canton is the county seat of St. Lawrence County and is the home of the County Courthouse and numerous historical sites.
The Village of Potsdam has a population of 10,000, rising to 18,000 when its two local colleges are in session. It is nestled in the St. Lawrence River Valley near the northern foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. Potsdam is known as a center for health care, education, and retail trade in Northern NY.
