Highlights include:
$875,000 + bonus based on RVU production
$75,000 sign-on bonus
$60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning base salary)
33 days of time off
5 days + $6,000 CME annually
1:6 call

Two Orthopedic groups, one in Mattoon and one in Effingham, each with 4 general orthopedic surgeons, One spine surgeon active in both locations. We are seeking one additional spine surgeon. We also have a contracted neurosurgeon who does spine surgery one day a week in the Mattoon location. Participation in general ortho call with the Mattoon group is required.

Centrally located in Coles County, Health Center is a 128-bed, non-profit regional hospital located in East Central Illinois - 180 miles south of Chicago and 130 miles east of St. Louis.

The Health Center provides a full range of acute-care, general services and home health services to approximately 357,000 residents of Coles and the surroundings 12 counties. The Health Center's active and consulting medical staff includes 145 providers representing 28 specialties. Some of the services provided by the Health Center include: Regional Cancer Center, Outpatient Surgery Center, Women & Children's Services, Level II Perinatal Unit, Adult Care Unit, Behavioral Health Services, Radiology and Imaging Services, Cardiovascular Services including Cardiac Rehabilitation and Cardiac Cathetherization Lab, and Gastroenterology and Special Procedures and Laboratory.
