- General, community-based ambulatory Pediatrics practice

- Work closely with a dedicated and highly qualified medical staff, including advanced practice clinicians
- Providers partner with Children's Hospital of Milwaukee in Neenah. Children's Hospital is responsible for admissions/coverage of the 20-bed Pediatric Unit and 22-bed NICU in Neenah

Offer Details
- Income Details: Employed position with two-year salary guarantee based on a 4-day work week (32 or 36 patient contact hours). After the two years, physician moves to incentive compensation plan
- Physician may choose to end the guarantee period early, if financial targets are being met
- Signing Bonus: Yes - generous sign-on bonus offered
- Relocation Paid: Full relocation paid and one house-hunting visit up to 7 days
- Vacation: Paid Time Off: 35 days, including vacation, CME, and holidays
- CME: $4,500/year
- Call Coverage: 1:14 call rotation equally shared with all providers; covering evening weekday and weekend morning clinic, as well as outpatient call
