Compensation:
- Two Year Base Guarantee: $300,000
- (The first two years are the greater of the guaranteed comp or the Productivity Model + Value Based Incentives).
- At the end of the first year we multiply the wRVU s earned by the conversion factor ($50) + the Value Based Incentives earned.
- If the total exceeds the salary guarantee, the excess is paid as a bonus. We do this again after the second year.
- Starting the third year the guarantee is removed and the $300,000 becomes a draw against the productivity + Value based incentives.
- At this time we start reconciling on a calendar quarter basis, with quarterly bonuses or payback.

- Value Based Incentives: up to $17,500 per calendar year
- wRVU : $50.00 per wRVU
- Signing bonus: $60,000
- Student Loan assistance: $100,000
