** Psychiatrist - Inpatient opening in NY** Located in Cooperstown, NY Albany 70m; Syracuse 90m; New York City 190m Job Description & Responsibilities: - The Department of Psychiatry includes the Division of Inpatient Psychiatry (14 bed acute Inpatient Psychiatry unit, consults to Med-Surg inpatients at several affiliate hospitals, and consults to the Emergency Departments), and the Division of Outpatient Psychiatry (OMH-licensed clinic in Cooperstown NY) with satellites throughout the Network and extensive Telepsychiatry services - A diverse psychiatric team of MDs, and PMHNPs - The ideal candidate will provide psychiatric evaluations and treatment in an inpatient for adult and geriatric patients ensuring appropriate medication management and longitudinal care - Provide direct psychiatric evaluation, assessment and treatment - Emergency room and hospital psychiatric consultations, treatment and disposition as required - Call 1:5 or better - Salary Range: **$301,751 - $330,000**.
