* Seeking BC/BE Psychiatrist for Outpatient position
* Full-time; Permanent Position

* 1-2 days per week of tele-psychiatry potentially with rest of time in-person

Our current outpatient psychiatry practice is made up of one adult psychiatrist, one child and adolescent psychiatrist and three adult psychiatry APPs. We are proactively seeking a replacement for the adult psychiatrist s future retirement. She sees high acuity patients and acts as supervising physician for the APPs. An upcoming 2025 or 2026 graduate would an ideal candidate. The clinic is located in a state of the art specially designed facility, with 2024 renovations complete. This facility was designed wtih patient and provider safety at the forefront.

SBL also offers a 16-bed inpatient adult psychiatry unit for any patients needing direct admission. We are not an addiction or Suboxone center and prefer to keep our focus on therapy and medication management.

Highlights include:
$330,000 + bonus based on RVU production
$40,000 sign-on bonus
$30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning base salary)
33 days of time off
5 days + $6,000 CME annually
No after hours call

Centrally located in Coles County, Health Center is a 128-bed, non-profit regional hospital located in East Central Illinois - 180 miles south of Chicago and 130 miles east of St. Louis.

The Health Center provides a full range of acute-care, general services and home health services to approximately 357,000 residents of Coles and the surroundings 12 counties. The Health Center's active and consulting medical staff includes 145 providers representing 28 specialties. Some of the services provided by the Health Center include: Regional Cancer Center, Outpatient Surgery Center, Women & Children's Services, Level II Perinatal Unit, Adult Care Unit, Behavioral Health Services, Radiology and Imaging Services, Cardiovascular Services including Cardiac Rehabilitation and Cardiac Cathetherization Lab, and Gastroenterology and Special Procedures and Laboratory.
