* Full-time
* Provide direct outpatient psychiatric services through comprehensive evaluation (in urgent care and outpatient setting), diagnosis, treatment planning, counseling, and psychopharmacological treatment of assigned patients.
* Works as member of an interdisciplinary team for the management of complex psychiatric patients in a community mental health clinic setting.
* As a physician within the medical staff has duties within a multidisciplinary team based client care which includes, but is not limited to: team clinical rounds, critical patient risk review, teaching of clinical interns and psychiatric residents, and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
* May provide ongoing, periodic supervision to psychiatric nurse practitioners, as directed by the Medical Director.
* Provides physician coverage for Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS,) Emergency Services, and/or Addictions no more than 6 weekends and one holiday per year; participates in vacation coverage during normal business hours.
* Coverage is typically managed via telephone, rare in-person coverage may be required at times.
* Alternative or weekend schedule options are available for onsite medical coverage.

Must have current licensure as physician in the State of Massachusetts, current licensure with the DEA and State of Massachusetts for controlled substances (Buprenorphine licensure mandatory), and current certification with the Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
