Seeking a BE/BC Psychiatrist to join clinic.

- Seeking a doctor with Addiction Experience. Must be fellowship trained.
- Option to become partner as one of the doctors is retiring in two years.
- Single speciality multi-location group with 2 adult, 1 child psychiatrist and 4 psych NP and counselors.
- McHenry County will pay up to $300,000 student loans in 5 years of working within the county.
- Primarily at Crystal Lake and if preferred can spend a day at Rockford office.

Crystal Lake is located 50 miles northwest of Chicago, a short drive from O'Hare International Airport, near several major highways and interstates. The Union Pacific rail line provides easy access to Chicago.
