About the hospital:
- Operating 300 beds and servicing 11 counties in Southeast Arkansas reaching a population of 220,000
- Level III Trauma Center
- L&D area consists of 7 private LDR rooms, 1 triage room (2 patients), 3 observation beds, and 2 surgery suites. CRNA on OB call 24/7.
- Nursery is Level II with 6 NICU beds, 8 intermediate beds, and 22 regular nursery beds.
- Pediatrician on call 24/7
- Nursery Alliance with Arkansas Children's Hospital
- Staff of 125 physicians, offering 30 specialties
- Affiliation with University of Arkansas Medical Sciences (UAMS), in that we have a Family Practice Residency program on campus which has about 28-30 residents each year.
