Interventional/Diagnostic Radiology opening in ME Located in Fort Kent 55m to Caribou Full-time; permanent Join a dedicated hospital highly focused on your success. Excellent benefit package, salary $450K plus WRVU incentive. Sign on bonus, $250,000.00, $50,000.00 per contract year up to $250,000.00. 5 days a week, 7:30-5pm. Nights and weekends (V-Rad) Occasional on-call. Modalities: X-Ray, Ultrasounds, MRI including breast, CT, Nuclear Medicine, 3D Mammography, Bone Densitometry, Needle Guided Procedures, Fluoroscopy Procedures Everything is on PACS 64 Slice CAT Scan, 3D Tomosynthesis, 1.5 MRI system. BENEFITS INCLUDE: Earned Time Benefit. Earned time may be used by Provider for vacation, holidays, or sick leave, and the six (6) major holidays observed by Northern Maine Medical Center. Will pay Providers necessary licensing with the Board of Medicine and DEA fees in Maine for the duration of this Agreement. Pay sign on bonus, $100K for a three-year contract, $33K at the beginning of year 1 & 2 and $34K on the 3rd year. Assist with continuing medical education and will provide financial assistance with expenses associated with continuing medical education. (Amount of days and assistance determined upon contract) Student Loan Repayment Programs available. Hospital housing (if available) may be provided free of charge for 3 months. Financial assistance for professional dues and subscriptions. Will provide professional liability insurance coverage. Will offer Provider to participate in current Health Plan. Provider is responsible for employee portion of the premium. Payroll deductions are available for family coverage. Plan is subject to change and details may be verified with Human Resources. Voluntary, tax-free Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan is available for Provider through payroll deductions. Will provide and pay for 100% short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance based on current policies.
