- Be the lead physician at a CHC and join 2 MAs, patient service rep, and integrated health coach
- Part time or full time flex scheduling, 3 - 5 days/week
- FM or FM w/ OB (up to 36 weeks gestation), board eligible or board certified will be considered
- See a quality patient panel of 16 - 22 per dat
- $20k - $100k sign-on bonus depending on experience and criteria TBD direct
- $50k student loan repay for a 2 year commitment
- Ample PTO - 30 days year one
- 3% match on 401(k)
