- Nocturnist 7-on/7-off block schedule from 7 pm - 7 am
- Average 4 - 6 admissions
- Open ICU responsibilities
- Procedures include vents, lines, and intubations
- Open to IM or FM physicians
- Annual salary of $400k for 182 shifts, a full benefits package, and a $50k signing bonus
- Northern Michigan community with a regional airport is 4 hours from Detroit
