About this Inpatient Cardiologist Job Opening:
- Employment Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
- Group: Single Specialty Group
- Team: Join a team of 40+ physicians across all cardiovascular specialties
- Work Setting: Inpatient Only
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm (no weekends)
- Call Coverage: None
- Patient Load: 20-30 patients rounded per day
- EMR System: Epic
Minimum Requirements:
- Certification: ABIM-certified/eligible Cardiologist
- Experience: 2+ years preferred (experienced and new graduates encouraged to apply)
Recruitment Package:
- Compensation: Base Salary + wRVU production incentive

About Us:
The cardiologist would work Monday through Friday, 8am-6pm without any weekend coverage required. There is no call associated with this opportunity at this time. This position only rounds on 20-30 patients per day at Hillcrest Hospital South. OHI has 25 physicians and 24 APPs (15 nurse practitioners and 9 physician assistants). It has a nationally recognized reputation for its innovative approaches to cardiac medicine, with the organization’s focus on the patient as a whole.
